The living room and both bedrooms enjoy breathtaking views of the white sand beach and the stunning Gulf of Mexico. Each of the floor-to-ceiling, sliding glass doors provides direct, walk-out access to the pool, barbecue area and the Gulf, just steps away. Loaded with amenities, our 'home away from home' is immaculate, well-maintained and in a professionally-managed building with security.

We enjoyed the well appointed condo and made use of the first floor patio daily. Unfortunately during the final week of our stay, the refrigerator failed and the owners provided nothing to compensate for the inconvenience-perhaps a gift card to a local restaurant, or paying for an immediate repair

Condo was exceptional, exactly as described in VRBO. Newly refinished, condo is decorated nicely and has a great modern look. First floor next to pool was fantastic, not often you do not have to use elevator in a high-rise. Steps to pool, and not too many more to ocean. Condo is in walking distance to many great restaurants or a short drive and close to grocery stores/drug stores.
Also, owners Vaso and Melissa are great. Very helpful from original time of booking through our entire stay. They followed up to make sure everything was OK a couple times during our February/March stay. One problem was encountered with a garbage disposal and they called a plumber and it was replaced within an hour. Remarkable. Overall stay definitely exceeded our expectations. Would stay again without a doubt.

This condo is beautifully renovated and because it is ground level, it is just steps from the beach and the pool, and it still offers breathtaking views of the ocean. The owners were always available and responsive. We enjoyed our stay here, and the location was excellent!
