Fully-furnished with new furnishings and updated with new bedroom carpeting, floor-tiled kitchen and living areas and a fully-renovated Master Bath. Central air and ceiling fans throughout. The Master Bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a new mattress and bedding and the second bedroom has twin beds with new mattresses and bedding. Two full bathrooms include a shower/tub combo and a shower only feature with plenty of linens and towels provided. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with all the utensils and cookware you might need as well as a washer and dryer in the unit. Large, flat-screen TV's in the living area and the master bedroom come with cable, including a Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows.

Very comfortable remodeled condo in a very friendly condo community. The location is awesome - walking distance to bars, restaurants, and public beach access. The host is excellent and very responsive. We would definitely stay there again!

We love The Mariner. The people are so friendly. Our unit this year was just perfect for our month's stay.

Marco Island really is the place to be in January if you want sun and 70's. We enjoyed our month in paradise. This rental was well stocked for every need, be it cooking, swimming or heading off to the public beaches.
Negatives??? The unit needs updating. While the kitchen has been nicely redone the rest of the unit is just a bit tired. The guest bathroom needs attention as the tub is rusty and uninviting. In fairness, this is reflected in the pricing and had a nominal affect on our stay ( my wife loves baths).
Our host was also kind enough to allow us short stays by our children and grand children who flew in for a taste of summer. We are eternally grateful for this as it filled a bucket wish to have three generations together on a far away beach.
