We have rented 5 different houses in Florida over the years. 3 in Cape Coral and 2 in Venice. If VRBO wants to use a model on how a property is rented this would be the one. Prompt response to a couple of questions and kitchen was well stocked with spices and plates & cookware. I would highly recommend this house to anyone that is considering it.

Amazing location!Owners go above and beyond. Kitchen well stocked with plenty of pots and pans glassware, dishes and silverware. Not many rentals have a full stock of trash bags and dishwasher pods and dish soap and paper towel. Both bathrooms fully stocked with hand soap, and shampoo, conditioner and body wash in showers and plenty of toilet paper. Bedrooms very comfortable. Plenty of room for our family. They even have a large array of beach items. The online photos do not do this property justice an amazing house. We will definitely book this property for our next visit to Venice and the beaches

This place was a good setup for my family of 6. We initially had an issue with the AC, but the hosts were easy to communicate with and addressed the issue promptly. We would consider staying here again.
