The vacation rental was very clean.

Overall the place we stayed was very nice, well decorated, and had almost all amenities needed. I would suggest to have more than one kitchen towel, also some coasters, and table placemats. The place was cozy. There was one night the air conditioner was not working and the temperature got as high as 83 degrees, it was not a comfortable night. I did call and they send someone to fixed the problem the next morning. Would like some compensation for this, as there was no follow up from Lucky Savannah.

We found the apartment to be very close to everything in the historic district. Within walking distance to River front, shops, museums, and dining. This is a second-floor apartment, so be prepared to use the stairs multiple times a day if you travel with a pet.

This property was just as described and pictured. The decor had a great vintage feel to go with the historic district vibe we were expecting. It is a close walk to parks and River Street. /However, we did not realize that it is located on a high traffic street and at a corner with a traffic light. Allot of street noise! The back staircase to the upper floor is a narrow, 1.spiral climb. We did not feel safe using it. If you choose this property, travel light. Climbing the front stairs with luggage, coolers, etc., was a bit too much for us.
