About this house rental
Guests are sure to feel Savannah's change of pace in this two hundred-year old home located in the National Landmark Historic District. Up to five Lucky guests will enjoy three bedrooms and an impressive private outdoor area, making Jasmine Place ideal for families and close friends.
Park your car in a safe and secure spot behind the home and enter into your slice of Southern charm. A living room with ample seating and flat screen TV is your new gathering spot as you plan your day. Upon your return, open the French doors to the patio and enjoy the sounds of historic Savannah.
A full kitchen makes cooking easy, with granite countertops and a dishwasher. A wine fridge keeps bottles cool while you're out exploring. Attached to the kitchen is a formal dining room, which comfortably seats six guests. Keurig on property.
Upstairs, all three bedrooms can be found. The first guest room has a Queen size bed, flat screen TV, and ample closet space to unpack and feel at home. The second guest room has a Full size bed and beautiful views of the town. Both rooms share a full bath with tub/shower combo, accessed from the hall. The primary bedroom is towards the end of the hall and gives two lucky guests plenty of space to sprawl out and feel pampered. The primary bath is en suite and boasts a walk-in shower and double vanity.
Outside, enjoy sweet tea in the courtyard while taking advantage of the grill for dinner. Jasmine Place is the perfect place for families or close friends that might as well be family.
Spend your days walking the cobblestone streets of the river front. Grab a drink to go in the City Market area while you pop in and out of shops on Broughton Street. Take a pedicab down to the Forsyth Park area and play local for a night at one of the well-frequented restaurants off the beaten path. Jasmine Place is central to it all!

Lovely home that meshes historical beauty with modern day conveniences. We loved being so close to River St and to all that the Historic District has to offer. Staying at Jasmine Place made our very first trip to Savannah extra special.

My husband and I had a great time. Convenient to River Street, shopping, dining and enjoying the history of the city. The house was great as a restored home! We will definitely stay here again!

My husband, 2 1/2yr old and I stayed for 5 nights. The location was fantastic, the dedicated parking spot and courtyard were great bonuses. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Our biggest issue was the mattresses, they are fairly firm and we weren’t fans of them.

This is a nice house, great location, within walking distance to shopping, restaurants on River Street, Bay Street and Broughton Street. We did hear traffic noise from Bay Street, but it was terrible. The only issues we had were that the home was not very clean. I observed that the railings and banister were dusty and you could actually see the accumulating dust on all of the white molding along the floors. The toilet in the main bath could have been cleaner. In addition, there were several boxes of medical supplies in the living room and in the MB, and one of the boxes was actually open with what looked to be IV bags hanging out. I did call immediately upon our check-in and sent pictures. The boxes were picked up the next day, but I did not hear anything regarding the condition of the place. This is a nice property, but the cleaning service needs to do a better job.
