You’ll love this location: just a quick walk or shuttle ride away from the Snowflake Lift, then ski back to the complex on 4 O'Clock Run. It’s just a two-block stroll to Main Street, and you can take the footpath to the seasonal Upper Village Pool and Hot Tubs or enjoy a relaxing soak in the on-site communal hot tub as well. Sundowner II Treeline Condo is a wonderful in-town condo close to the slopes!
This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo is fantastic for families and groups of up to eight — and with two bedroom/suites with private bathrooms, it’s great for two couples to share! The living room features a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a large sectional couch. The fully equipped kitchen features quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed when you’re not exploring all the nearby dining options downtown! There’s seating for eight at the dining table.
Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi and parking for two vehicles. As with all SMR properties, this property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, and the condo is fully stocked with clean linens, plenty of fresh towels, and basic toiletries. Very spacious and everything you could need in the kitchen. Enjoyed the fireplace and the location amongst the other special touches. Owner was very communicative.

We really enjoyed our stay, it was an easy walk to shops/restaurants, loved having a parking garage for one vehicle. Condo was clean and seemed well-equipped. It was nice having the gas fireplace during an October visit. We took the short, uphill walk to check out the distance to chairlift. Property management was easy to reach via text.
