Cozy loft with exposed beams, in the heart of Palermo, 3 minutes from Teatro Massimo.The apartment, located on the fourth floor of a period building accessible only by stairs, opens onto the living area and spread over two levels. The mezzanine floor houses the fully-equipped kitchen with a kettle and a dining table. Going down four steps guests will find the living room with a sofa and a second dining table, and the sleeping area with a queen-size bed and a coat stand. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.At guests' disposal comfort such as air conditioning, heat pump heating, and wi-fi.*The flat is located in a ZTL area, so we recommend leaving your car in one of the surrounding car parks and enjoying the historic centre on foot.*The building is currently subject to renovation and painting.
