About this apartment rental
We offer this charming 35 m² apartment for rent in Saint-Malo, less than 100 meters from the beach, which can accommodate up to 2 travelers. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. We're waiting for you!
The south-west-facing apartment is composed as follows:
- 35 m² living room with TV, sofa-bed and dining area
- A kitchenette, open to the living room, equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob...
- Mezzanine bedroom (ceiling height: 1.85m) with 1 double bed (140×190), chest of drawers and closet
- Bathroom with shower and WC
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, 50 meters from the Sillon beach and 500 meters from Intra-Muros. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Visit Saint Malo: Intra-Muros and its ramparts, the aquarium, museums, the Cathedral, etc. Guided tours available from the tourist office.
- Dinard 12 kilometers away
- Cancale 15 kilometers away
- Dinan 34 kilometers away
- Mont Saint Michel 54 kilometers away
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private outdoor parking lot. Unnumbered spaces.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful :
- Nearest train station : Saint Malo station 2 kilometers away (19 minutes on foot).
- Nearest airport : Pleurtuit-Dinard airport 14 kilometers away (21 minutes by car).

- The apartment is not suitable for children
- Bed linen and towels are not provided. This service can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with LocLinge).
- Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or at an additional cost from our on-site service provider).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

Le Sillon "Nice place! But cleaning would be appreciated
🙂 Location was perfect! With nice parking behind barrier.
