Our cozy, comfortably furnished, and largely newly renovated vacation rental in Maria Alm not only offers a welcoming atmosphere but is also the ideal retreat after an active day of sports. With a spacious 64 m², the vacation rental can accommodate up to 5 people and features a sunny terrace and a garden. Of course, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a ski storage room are available—but above all, the apartment stands out for its proximity to the ski lift, the cross-country ski trailhead, and the village center. In addition, our guests can enjoy the many benefits of our free Hochkönig Card.

Our vacation apartment (2–5 people; 65 m²), is wheelchair-accessible on the first floor, located in Haus St. Georg, and offers a magnificent view of the Aberg ski slopes. While sunbathing in the garden, you’ll be enchanted by the breathtaking view of the Steinerne Meer.
The apartment consists of a bedroom with a box-spring bed for 2 people, a large living room with a new sleeper sofa for 2 people, a recliner, a dining area, and a kitchen, a shower/toilet, a spacious hallway, and a terrace with a garden. Garden furniture provided. Hair dryer, cosmetic mirror, shampoo and body wash, liquid soap. Dish towels, filter coffee maker/capsule machine (Nespresso), electric kettle, toaster, oven, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator. Free Wi-Fi, HochkönigCard for many discounts.
On-site costs: Payment terms: no later than 14 days before arrival. No charges apply for cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival or no-shows will be charged 100%.
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to midnight, and check-out from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
