Welcome to your tranquil oasis on the water! This newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath waterfront cottage is located on 4 acres of secluded land in Cobbs Creek, Virginia. Cove Place is perfect for couples, families or small groups looking for a relaxing getaway in the beautiful Chesapeake Bay region.
Cove Place features a spacious living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a screened-in porch with views of the water. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and can comfortably sleep up to 7 guests.
Cove Place has a private dock, where you can relax on the water or launch your kayak or canoe. There is also a fire pit in the yard where you can roast marshmallows and stargaze at night.
Cove Place is located in a quiet, rural setting, but it is close to all the amenities you need. The town of Mathews is just a short drive away, and there are several restaurants, shops, wineries and breweries in the area. You are also within easy driving distance of Virginia Beach, Norfolk and Williamsburg.

This was the most well-appointed rental we’ve ever seen! The house is updated, very comfortable, clean, and has everything you need. The location is quiet and beautiful. We were there for a weekend, but I wish we could have stayed for a month!

Excellent newly renovated property. Great location and dock for launching kayaks/ crabbing. Enjoyed the entirety of her stay there. Would highly recommend. Hope to return.
