The state of the building is run down plus I had to do a major clean up when I checked in

Really needed a coat of paint on bathroom door and general refreshing of the room, Swimming pool was a nice length, but slippery tiles and dangerous hidden steps until you got use to where they were, I stepped on the over flow grill riser and it collapsed Which sent me on my arse and back, luckily no real damage done just some bruising. Apparently the pool is being renovated this year to fix all safety issues. Crossing third road at any time of day is a regular gamble. Authoritys should create proper road crossing with rules enforced. Bloke smoking on balcony above flicking ash landing on my laundry, the smell of magic cigarettes wafting in from balcony next door, every now and again. Probably out of owner's control.

Condo propre de l'extérieur avec des prestations sympas (piscine et salle de sport). A l'intérieur c'est pas pareil. Les communs sont plutôt sales et l'appartement est très abîmé. Bien sûr il y a sûrement beaucoup de gens a passer, mais on peut entretenir. Et je parle pas DES INSECTES type mille pattes qui courent partout ! Ça mord pas heureusement..... Literie défoncée, SDB défraîchie etc etc. La situation géographique est bonne avec scooter, grab etc
