La climatisation et l'emplacement. Le propriétaire est très gentil et ses petites attentions. Il y a une place de parking juste devant..
Le lit est bas. Pas de clim à l'étage.

Logement propre, bien équipé et climatisé. Le propriétaire nous avait laissé des petits cadeaux de bienvenue. Il est aussi très réactif! Le logement est bien situé pour visiter Chenonceau, Chaumont sur Loire, Amboise, etc. La place de parking dans la rue juste devant le logement ou celles un peu plus loin sont pratiques.
