I can’t believe this hotel is only rated a 3 star! The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. Rooms have everything you need and laundry service is a great price. What really makes the experience is the staff - they are so friendly and welcoming. The hotel offers complimentary fruit and little desserts all day, as well as tea, coffee and water which we really appreciated. There is also water refill machines on every floor which we found really handy.

1. the taste of breakfast is good, but if there have more choice, it will be perfect!
2. the location is fine, near 7-11
3. water dispenser is very good for guests to get hot water
4. 24hrs fruits, coffee, tea are very perfect facilities & arrangement for guests
5. of course has 2 adorable & cute cats
6. the hotel room is neat & clean
7. surprised to have special gift for Chinese Lunar New Year, very thankful & meaningful^^
8. wi-fi is very stable

Very clean hotel, bottled cold water supplied to customers free of charge, along with coffee, lovely powerful shower, breakfast was great although we did see the mango's went quickly, but if you asked they supplied more, unfortunately only seen the free chocolate brownies once, but were lovely when we tried them. Very kind staff, I would definitely return 10/10
