Great location central to everything. Comfy bed. Kitchen fairly well stocked.
Backed onto car park with lights so even though black out blinds it never got dark. Trucks coming and going out back were noisy. No where to store clothes properly. Communication not great with owners. No ventilation the air conditioner old fashioned and so noisy we turned it off which is ok as it’s winter.

The property was well situated, right in the centre of CBD, lots of supermarket, coffee shops , restaurants around. Transportation very easy since train station was a 5mins walk. Very convenient to visit Perth with CAT buses, many stops around the property.
For long stay not convenient, utilities such as towels, toilet paper, bedsheets, kitchen towels etc not sufficient. Lack of cleaning supplies such as brooms, dustpan, etc to do own cleaning.

Collection & returning of keys. If possible nearer or in the hotel would be good and would not trouble us to move the luggage to and fro.

Location in the CBD was close to shopping, restaurants transport. Was very easy to catch the train to the airport from hotel. Room was spacious and the bathroom was wheelchair accessible. Accommodation backed onto Wolf Lane however was quiet so had a good night's sleep.
The air-conditioning was noisy from time to time. Also I was not mase aware I had to collect swipe card from another location until prior to checking in. In addition I was not advised I had to return the swipe card to same location until night before checking out. This information should be provided when advertising accommodation on booking.com and not after a booking is made.
