Hemos tenido una estancia de una semana muy agradable. El edificio muy tranquilo, sin nada de ruidos. Cama muy cómoda. Cocina y baños muy limpios, con todo el equipamiento básico. Habitación espaciosa.

La ventana no se abre, aunque tiene un buen equipo de aire acondicionado, sin olores, que mantiene la habitación aireada y fresca. La cocina tiene los utensilios justos, es decir, solo 1 juego de cada cosa por persona, pero todo en muy buen estado. La zona de la cocina y salón es un poco oscura. Tuvimos que encender la luz durante el día. Debería de haber dos sillas, pero solo hay una. A pesar de estos detalles, lo recomendamos!

The location was great and the bed was very comfortable . The room was an average motel room with one window looking out into other buildings.

We were charged the $250 deposit 6 weeks prior to our stay (it is documented to be charged 2 weeks prior). Four days later we have still not been refunded the money. The checking in is a disaster. You need to walk to a different location to collect the room entry card. The room is in the actual Oaks building, but the Oaks staff at reception are advised not to help anyone staying in Magic on Murray.. We were also advised not to ask them for help. We had a lot of luggage and were told not to use the luggage trolley. We were there for 4 nights and the room was not serviced at all in this time. There is only one car spot to unload your bags, it had cars parked in it on our arrival and again when we were picked up. All communication was via text message, despite me leaving phone messages about the check in process. We found all of this very stressful and affected our time in Perth.
