The location is wonderful for traveling to and from the airport or cruise port terminal, as each are just a few miles away. The walking path along the inter coastal is directly behind the condo and it’s a beautiful area of the inner city to escape. The accessibility to shops, restaurants, and bars is abundant and easy to reach by foot.

I want to write an honest review and not one that is driven by emotion or a “Karen” attitude. This is my honest and real experience . The first impression of check in. The front desk checks you but doesn’t explain that you have to take specific elevators to access the condo, we found this out when the elevator wouldn’t allow us to access the floor, while this is not the owners fault, this should be something the building should be more verbal on. Once we found the correct “elevator” bank to ride on, the condos keyless entry did not work with the code we were given. After many attempts, I then decided to call the properties contact number. The properties contact number no matter what time of day or how many times you call goes to a voicemail that has not been set up yet. So you never actually get to talk to anyone or furthermore even leave a voicemail message. This made us feel very uneasy and obviously very vulnerable. As we thought we were locked out and stuck. I then proceeded to message within the booking app to try and reach somebody and explain that we were locked out of the condo and our keyless door code was not working. After several calls in messages, we finally received a message that said someone would be contacting us. Please keep in mind at this point. We’ve been standing outside the condo for over a half hour with all our luggage in a real need to access the bathroom as we’ve been traveling all day. This was again highly uncomfortable. After a good half hour went by I received a random text message through my WhatsApp that said please try this code which was a different series of numbers that we were given up upon our instruction details and then used those numbers and of course the new code worked.
