Not much to say, value for money. The location is very good in a sense of transportation to the city centre, the stop is across the road and services are frequent. It also only takes 20 min to terminate a journey.

Все было предоставлено для жилья и удобства ,Если вы приехали вечером и не успели забежать в магазин то там все есть для того чтобы сходить в душ выпить кофе и даже поесть , как не странно и каши и чаи . Мы приезжали с собакой так там если зайти за сараи и в верх гору там отличный парк чтобы погулять с собакой ,соседи тихие и добродушные .там есть стиральная машина и так же предоставлен порошок для стирки , я не знаю мне очень понравилось , локация тоже хорошая от центра совсем рукой подать . Бюджетный вариант .

So the host contacted me via WhatsApp to share the instructions related to access even before I bother to look them up on the application. The instructions were detailed and provided with photos, easiest to follow. From the outside the house may look like an old crooked shack, but the apartment inside is modern and comfortable, clean, well arranged andfeels kind of cosy. There is reasonable space in it and it contains three proper sleeping spaces. The location is great because of the bus stop 50 away across the road. Few routes pass it toward the city centre, so the average waiting time is few minutes only. The area is also quiet both during the day and during the night. Lastly, the stay cost is twice less than in a hostel or Airbnb, and that is for a full flat, with range, washing machine, shower, wifi, cooking surfaces, etc.
