Ottima posizione, molto comode le camere da letto al piano di sopra
Un po' umida e con qualche problema di areazione la sala da pranzo/cucina al piano di sotto, ma credo sia un problema comune alle case di Montefiacone che si trovano in centro. Bisognerebbe trovare il modo di migliorare l'areazione

Appartamento curato, ampio e ben attrezzato. Il supporto di Leonardo e'stato impeccabile per ogni richiesta. posizione centrale nel borgo, e buon punto di partenza per tante gite nei dintorni.
Ambiente leggermente piu' fresco e umido al piano terra. la posizione centrale non consente di avere un parcheggio, ma non abbiamo avuto problemi parcheggiando a breve distanza.
