A unique property in a very special place.

Marilena’s BnB overflows with a love of art and travel. She is a welcoming hostess. The BnB is spotless and centrally located in the historic centre. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was great! Perfect for an overnight while walking the Via Francigena. Recommend 👍

During our one night stay during the night there the electricity went off so we couldn't charge our cellphone.

Booking.com need to completely change the description of this property. Very disappointing.

Private bedroom and private bathroom were very accurately described. Host was extremely lovely and friendly.

Extremely disappointing errors in language translation on booking.com. The host does not just live in the building, the host lives in the apartment, this is her personal home. While the bedroom and bathroom were very private, the kitchen and washing machine were the hosts personal facilities and not available to us. We did negotiate to put two drink bottles in the fridge overnight, but in the end we did not, as we felt too uncomfortable using any of the hosts personal facilities. Also very noisy neighbours, until 1:00am, was disappointing. We specifically booked this accommodation so we could have 1 home cooked meal, and wash all our clothes, mid holiday. Very disappointing.

Beautiful place to stay in the heart of Montefiascone.

We liked it all: the location, the house, the room, the shower, the breakfast and, especially, our wonderful host, who took every effort to make us feel very comfortable and welcome. We'll definitely come back there again and recommend this accommodation to anyone without hesitation.

Location was excellent in the heart of town. Bed comfy, room and bathroom very clean. Marilena provided a list of available restaurants for dinner which was a big help. She provided a lovely, plentiful breakfast. Very good stop for us on the Via Francigena.

The location is perfect, the flat is very cozy. We felt at home. Our host is an extremely attentive and kind woman. it's great that we had the opportunity to have a real Italian “family experience”.

Fantastic place and owner - Choose this over all.

The owner receives the highest marks. She is a very interesting retired career woman with an apartment full of travel collections which are beautiful. She is very kind and baked fresh cakes for us for breakfast (Carrot cake, Vanilla cake and Chocolate cupcakes) that were soooo good we ate them all, and were a bit embarrassed. The owner could not have been happier we enjoyed her baking. Breakfast was also yogart, fresh fruit and on. The entire apartment is sumptious and you feel like you are living in a Paris apartment. The owner lives on premise. Fantastic place to stay. Loved everything. Many thanks and hope to see you again.

Superb

It was a beautiful old Italian home with so much character. Our host was so kind and she laid out the biggest breakfast of all the places we stayed at in Italy. The location was perfect, just one minute walk from the square at the top of the hill

Beautiful Authentic Gem in the Historic centre of Montefiascone

A beautiful guest house in the centre of the lovely historic city of Montefiascone, very clean, comfortable with an endless supply of homemade Deliciousies every day for breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay here, felt at very home from the moment I arrived. Ideal location to visit Northern Lazio and Southern Tuscany. Would recommend without any hesitation!

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Bad. Alles sehr sauber und direkt in der Altstadt von Montefiascone. Marilena ist eine tolle Vermieterin, sehr hilfsbereit. Sie bereitet jeden Morgen ein nettes Frühstück in ihrem wunderschönen Wohnzimmer vor. Grazieee mille cara Marilena, è stato davvero un piacere conoscerti!
