Rustic cottage in the countryside of Montefiascone

The apartment is the ground floor of coutry house with an independent entrance.
The location is rustic and simple but at the same time functional and comfortable for 4 people (possibility to add a fifth bed on request).
The apartment consists of an open space that includes kitchen and living room, where there is a sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
In front of the entrance there is a large garden.

In our apartment you can fully enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the nature.
Within a maximum of 30 minutes by car you can reach many fascinating places for culture and nature:
- Bolsena lake;
- Civita di Bagnoregio;
- Via Francigena;
- Viterbo with the ancient pilgrim quarter and the baths;
- Bagnaccio, free baths;
- Montefiascone Film festival in July
- Montefiascone beer fest
- Roman theater of Ferento
Montefiascone resides on the path of the "Ristori d'Epoca" (ancient restaurants) and on the Bicycle lane "La Carrareccia" that starts on the first week of September.

The areas accessible to guests are, in addition to the apartment, the garden that opens in front of the house and the common parking for the cars.

I will be present at check-in but I will not always be present during your stay.

To get to the apartment from the parking you have to walk a dozen steps and cross the courtyard of the main house. We do not recommend access to people with reduced mobility.

The country house is located on a country road about one kilometer from the center of the village of Montefiascone (5 minutes by car).
At the end of the street you will find bars, groceries and an oven.
The Bistrot at the end of the street is waiting for you for breakfast with hand made cakes and a little discount for you.

It would be better to arrive with your own vehicle in order to move freely around the village and in the vicinity, for example, to reach the lake or the villages nearby.
However Montefiascone is served by the bus / CO.TRA.L.
