The location to all amenities was great and the view was excellent.

Too many stairs for me

Location was great for getting to the beach or town. Living area was great for views, and relaxing in.

Slight issue with parking as the streets surrounding the apartment were full. If you park on the lower half of the road, be prepared for a parking ticket as it is poorly signed resident parking permits. Come the evening, it all died down, so I was able to park next to the building.

Ideally situated, Mark was brilliant and works very hard.

Location was great. Tea and coffee available and they were accommodating with an extra person coming.

Firstly the bedrooms. The double mattress needs replacing, it is sagging on one side and my husband now has a bad back. The curtains are far too long and they trail on the floor, there’s not a lot of room between the bed and the window and I actually slipped on the curtain one morning so for safety I propped the curtains up on the window ledge from then on. The curtains also don’t actually fit the curtain rail correctly so you can’t open them much to get a decent amount of daylight into the room. The door didn’t fit the frame correctly and had to be forced shut really hard which was annoying at night if my husband or I needed the loo because it woke the kids. The kids beds were so noisy that every time they moved even slightly during the night, it woke others. There was so much dust under the beds I don’t think they’ve been swept for a long time. The draw unit in the kids bedroom had a knob missing. It also has a decorative metal finish to it which is actually damaged and very sharp! I prevented the kids using the unit except for a top draw. The lounge/kitchen. The door doesn’t fit correctly and has to be forced shut. The chairs at the breakfast bar don’t have a good heavy support base and the kids almost toppled off them a few times. The recliner sofa in the lounge, whilst comfortable is actually broken/crooked in place which is very visible when it’s in the recline position. The chair also squeaked non stop and could do with some lubricant. There was no instructions for the electric hob, some basic info in the welcome book would be better. Google was a godsend. The fridge draw at the back on the bottom is actually a freezer which we were unaware of because no info in the welcome book, and we lost all our soft fruit to it. There wasn’t a baking tray to use, only the grill pan which wasn’t big enough to cook some things on when you have four people let alone five. I have many more complaints but no more typing space here.
