Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Villa Badia à Empuriabrava. La villa est superbe, très agréable et parfaitement entretenue. La piscine est également très belle et idéale pour se détendre. Tout était impeccable et très propre à notre arrivée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le confort des lieux et le calme de l’environnement. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation !

The pool is lovely, the beds are really comfortable, and the location of the house is super convenient.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to the cleanliness of the property. The house is in need of a deep clean. The floors were very dirty when we arrived, and the kitchen was not properly cleaned. The plates, glasses, and utensils were greasy, and there were food crumbs and residue throughout the kitchen. If you’re not planning to cook, this may not be an issue, but if you rent a house expecting to prepare even a simple breakfast, it’s very difficult. The kitchen cabinets contained opened food items such as cereal and other groceries, along with old seasonings that should have been removed. There also weren’t enough coffee mugs for everyone. Before we could use anything, I had to wash and clean the dishes and utensils myself. It felt as though someone had been living there and simply left without the house being properly prepared for new guests. Before our arrival, I asked if we could check in a little earlier or at least leave our luggage at the property. I was told this wasn’t possible because they were behind schedule cleaning the house. However, when we arrived, the floors were still very dirty. I asked if someone could clean them or if I could borrow the cleaning supplies. They kindly sent someone over, but unfortunately he came in wearing sandals covered in sand, which made the floors even dirtier. I looked for the cleaning supplies myself, but they were also in poor condition. Even the outdoor table had a dirty ashtray that hadn’t been emptied. It’s a shame because the house itself is very comfortable. The beds are excellent, the pool is beautiful, and the property has a lot of potential. However, the lack of cleanliness significantly affected our stay. Unless the property receives a thorough deep cleaning and better maintenance between guests.
