Cosynite B&B for 2

Friendly arrival and owner gave me a quick tour of property when handing over keys. Down flight of stairs (with rail) on arrival to access living area. Apartment had everything I needed for a weekend away. Comfy bed, slept very well. Good en-suite bathroom with decent if not high-power rainfall shower - separate hose option. Only used kitchen for easy breakfast / tea but good to have the option and small table to sit. Location tucked away down a quiet side street but a stone's throw from the main road with plenty of food & drink options, and walking distance to Sutton Coldfield train station.

As this is essentially a basement apartment under the owner's property, you can get a little ordinary living noise coming through from above. No "comfy" seating option, just 2 upright chairs at dining table.

Entire apartment available, fully equipped with all the essentials for a short stay (kitchen, fridge, microwave, etc.). Free parking available in the front yard. Modern, newly renovated bathroom. Cozy and warm bedroom. Very affordable with friendly hosts. Conveniently located near a shopping center, takeaways, and a great park for walking or running.

The only seating available is in the kitchen. The fan there automatically turns on with the lights, so if you plan to work on your laptop, it might get a bit annoying after a while. The apartment is on the ground floor, so there are no windows or direct sunlight. One of the radiators in the corridor was faulty, but the host is already addressing the issue. The shower can be a bit tricky to adjust to the right temperature.

I would suggest that the 2 nd bedroom should be converted to a sitting room with a sofa bed as there is nowhere to sit other than at the kitchen table or lie on the other bed to watch tv This is not very convenient if you are spending any length of time in the apartment
