Contemporary Coach House in Newport, Isle of Wight

Dedicated off-street parking was great, and accessing the property was straightforward, with good instructions from the owner. The property was an easy and safe walking distance (5 minutes) from a large Sainsbury's supermarket; and ten minutes from the town centre. The property was comfortable, with good facilities. The main TV had Sky and many streaming services, and there were some board/card games available. WiFi was problem free. The rooms were comfortable and very bright in the morning sunshine. Excellent heating and hot water systems. We'd certainly consider booking again if we were back on the island.

Decoration was a little tired in places. The single bedroom door wouldn't close properly. The oven controls had a learning curve; and a tray still had large food remnants. The outside recycling bin hadn't been emptied and was overflowing. The house frontage was very overgrown, completely obscuring the footpath to the front door. A little TLC would raise this property massively.

Brilliant communication. Very helpful, made things easy to plan our trip. Perfect location, supermarket nearby, halfords, Local taxi service very easy to use. This accommodation has everything you will need, its home from home, Has a designated parking space off road.

Very centrally located from Sainsbury and Newport bus station . Well kept apartment, had all the facilities . The owner was very friendly and responded to messages and phone calls . Was very helpful with information about the place so made our stay very comfortable

Was a bit difficult to locate with the address as in a very quiet walking road area . But once we found it , no issues at n travelling back and forth

Good to have own parking space. Quiet location.

Mattresses were uncomfortable as were the dining room chairs. In need of updating, especially in the bathroom.
