Mieszkanie bardzo ładne, czyste, kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona. Właścicielka miła, pomocna. Z balkonu bardzo ładny widok. Sklep Żabka w tym samym budynku. Niedaleko restauracja Karpaczówka prowadzona przez starsze małżeństwo.
Jest kawałek do centrum. Nie byłoby to problemem gdyby infrastruktura Karpacza zainwestowała w chodniki w tym regionie.

Czysto, przyjemnie, Parking, klatka schodowa, obsługa, wszystko super.
Trochę mały apartament jak na 4 osoby (miejsce na posiłek jest tylko dla dwóch osób). Latem jeszcze ok ale jakbyśmy mieli jechać zimą na narty (gdzie bagaże są dużo większe) to było by ciężko). na pierwszy rzut oka nie wydaje się aby apartament miał 33m2 (może z balkonem) ale mogę się mylić.
