Obiekt znakomicie położony .Sam apartament znakomicie wyposażony ,czysty i ciepły .Na duży plus parking w garażu podziemnym .Całość bezobsługowe . To co jest zauważalne na każdym kroku to dbałość o detale i drobne rzeczy co nie jest takie oczywiste dla wszystkich . Patelnię i garnki nie są zniszczone ,deska do krojenia przyzwoita ,noże są naostrzone . Płyn do mycia naczyń jest nierozcieńczony ,pestki do zmywarki w ilości wystarczającej , ręcznik papierowy , papier toaletowa a nawet drobne kosmetyki . Naprawdę niczego nie brakuje . Nawet kawa herbata cukier itd ..

Lokal jest duży i przestronny. Sprzęty i meble są w bardzo dobrym stanie. Czysto, zmywarka i kostki do niej, akcesoria kuchenne i mikrofala pozwalały na przygotowanie posiłków. Na balkonie można wypić poranną kawkę z widokiem na Śnieżkę i Kopy. Apartament jest z 500 metrów od deptaka, czyli knajp, żabki i biedronki. Do dworca PKP jest z kolei 800 metrów, podobnie przystanki autobusowe, którymi można dojechać do Jeleniej, Kowar czy Komarna, więc idealnie dla niezmotoryzowanych. Jeśli wrócimy do Karpacza, to będziemy patrzeć w pierwszej kolejności czy apartament jest wolny :).
