Idealny rozkład pomieszczeń, cisza i spokój, delikatny szum strumyka. W mieszkaniu wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty, dużym plusem jest pralka. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, zwłaszcza dla osób bez samochodu.
