Vatican museum guest house

The locaton is convenient to the Vatican and the Metro. The room was large and had comfortable beds and a good shower. It was very clean and it had a lift.

The communication was difficult with the staff over the messaging via booking as the translation led to some confustion about how many rooms/ guests were coming and how to leave luggage at the property since our departure was later in the day and we ended up having to leave it in the hallway and not a secure locaton. Though it is a key card system, there is only one key for the room (no matter how may guests you have in the room). The hotel tax is separate and additional to the cost, adverstised and needs to be paid in cash on the first day when you arrive.

Stanza pulitissima, personale molto gentile e accogliente, ambiente molto curato, struttura vicinissima ai musei vaticani, la via è molto bella e alberata, zona molto prestigiosa ovunque... Super consigliata

Niemiły personel, pani nie znała angielskiego, czekałam na zameldowanie ok. 30minut, bo nikt nie obierał. Nie miałam pilota do klimy - po prośbach otrzymałam go na kolejny dzień (bo poprzedni gość musiał ukraść) Kurz na podłodze i pajęczyny.
