The host was so communicative and contactable The room was in a great location.
Its not very sound proof but none of the buildings in the area are really.

The patio. The separate bed beyond the double bed. The location. Comfortable. Quiet at night.
The shelf holding the basin needs fixing. The basin stopped draining. The narrow shelf beside the wardrobe unit needs resecurring. Hooks on the outside of the wardrobe unit might be helpful.

The location was good, a couple of minutes away from the Vatican city, close to the metro station and to the local market in case we needed anything to buy, eat or drink. The room was almost like the photos and clean, too. Also, the temperature inside the room was comfortable without being extremely cold or hot. Huge plus that the towels were changed everyday.
The only negative was the poor sound insulation of the room. Unfortunately, we could not get a proper night sleep as the employee/care-taker of the facility (or people from the other rooms, we are not sure) was there very early and they did quite some noise. That's why the rating cannot be higher.

The property is in a great location. It was clean and comfortable. Overall it was satisfactory.
The pillows were very small and uncomfortable. The room was expensive for the overall size and lack of amenities.
