Der Besitzer ist super strebsam und bemüht sich den Aufenthalt bestmöglich zu gestalten. Er hat auch eine Menge Tipps für die Region parat. Der Kontakt läuft Problemlos. Das Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Essbereich sind sehr einladend eingerichtet. Die Küche hat top Elektrogeräte. Die Küche generell ist ein wenig abgenutzt und hat schon ein paar Tage hinter sich. Das Bad ebenso. Es ist aber alles sauber und ordentlich.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem Appartmentkomplex und in direkter Umgebung bellen den ganzen Nachmittag und manchmal auch nachts Hunde. Generell ist die Umgebung sehr urban und lädt nicht zum abendlichen Spaziergang ein.

Questo appartamento ci è piaciuto molto. È situato in una zona tranquilla e comoda per visitare l'isola di Madeira. Lo abbiamo trovato pulito, ben arredato e dotato di ogni comfort. La cucina era ben attrezzata con anche il microonde e la macchina per il caffè.

Super logement ! Bien situé, propre, spacieux, cuisine super bien équipée, petit balcon agréable ! Et la possibilité d’avoir la place dans le parking c’est top (ce n’est pas très cher)! 10/10 on recommande :)

Appartement spacieux et très confortable, décoré avec soin, dans immeuble calme. On se sent rapidement chez soi.
