Moniz Apartment

Apartamento muito confortável, quartos muito espaçosos, ótima localização.

Ottimo arredamento ed equipaggiamento (3 tv a schermo piatto, cucina super attrezzata, zanzariere, dotazioni per bagno, prese elettriche , ecc). Posizione comoda per accedere alla superstrada, vista sull’oceano. La persona che ci ha accolto (a mezzanotte passata) è stata gentilissima e disponibile.

Rumore proveniente dalla superstrada, ma con le finestre moderne con doppi vetri non si sentiva nulla.

Ładne, wygodne i duże mieszkanie w bloku z windą i garażem podziemnym. Doskonale wyposażone, czyste. Gospodarz błyskawicznie reagował na nasze prośby, zapewnił nawet kawę do expresu! Bardzo dobrze wygłuszające okna w sypialni!

Nie moge powiedzieć że to wada, jednak wjazd i wyjazd z garażu wymaga praktyki w prowadzeniu auta. Ponadto, czasami czuć było w kuchni zapach z kanalizacji ale nie zawsze. Nie było to jednak długotrwałe.

The apartment was spacious, the area was great and it gave you the freedom to cook for yourself.

For starters the fact that I was charged an additional fee for checking in later, but was not stated on bookings.com or the client himself did not highlight this when I booker this 6 months prior to my stay. The apartment owner seemed annoyed at the fact that I raised the point that nothing was stated about an additional fee and demanded an additional payment of €30. The owner knew that we were staying at the apartment for nearly 2 weeks and there was no additional bed sheets, towels, toilet, soap and bin bags. Soap dispensers were quarter filled, toilet paper provided by the owner were rationed, bin bags were full so we had to use shopping bags instead. The bins must be changed as there were ants in the kitchen at one point. On the day of departure the send off seemed rushed. The owner was more concerned about the the house than the guests that have just stayed and it did not feel like a proper walm send off. All in all the apartment itself sold itself. The customer service must improve and additional fees must be stated on booking or through a message to guests from the owner.
