A limpeza, apartamento grande e com tudo para o dia a dia, máquina lavar roupa, máquina lavar louça, máquina café, estendal, aspirador, ferro passar, fogão elétrico, forno, microondas, tv, Wi-Fi, 1 cama de casal, 2 de solteiro, um sofá enorme, varanda, 2 wc etc etc… A Darlene foi impecável em tudo, sempre pronta ajudar no que fosse necessário

Poderia melhorar um pouco com ar condicionado, mas até se suportou bem o calor

Atendimento incrível, limpeza muito boa e o apartamento tinha tudo que uma pessoa que está viajando precisa.

Poderia ter um varal de chão para os dias chuvosos.

The house is well presented and located in a quiet and peaceful area, which made for a relaxing stay. Although there are dogs nearby that bark frequently, we did not find this particularly disruptive. Overall, we did not have an unpleasant stay and the property has good potential.

The main issue was the presence of ants throughout the property, including inside the fridge. Any food left out for a short period would quickly attract ants, which raises hygiene concerns and should be addressed as a priority. The WiFi connection was inconsistent. While it worked reasonably well in most areas of the house, it was extremely weak or non existent in the smaller bedroom. Mobile data signal was also very limited in that room, which could be problematic for guests needing reliable internet access. Additionally, although a coffee machine is provided, no coffee pods were supplied. For short stays, this means having to purchase a full pack, which is not particularly convenient.
