100% recomendado aunque mejorable.

Apartamento espacioso, con mucha luz y unas camas súper cómodas. Cocina super bien equipada aunque le faltaba algún lugar libre para poner la comida que se pueda comprar.

3 sin ascensor aunque el edificio dispone de él. Estaría de 10 si cuidaran un poco más la limpieza y pusieran un sofá más grande. La terraza también necesita más mantenimiento.

Comodidad y tranquilidad

Ubicación excelente. El tamaño del departamento es muy cómodo y la terraza es muy linda aunque hay parte incompleta y se podría reparar. Las instalaciones excelentes. Todo ok.

El vecino de atrás. A las 10:30 de la noche salimos a la terraza a tomar una copa de vino y disfrutar de la noche y apareció el vecino hablando en inglés increpandonos que él estaba harto de los clientes del departamento y que siempre molestan y no lo dejan descansar. Siendo que nosotros no habíamos echo nada. Nos hizo pasar un mal momento sin haber tenido culpa de nada. Nuestro consejo: no salgan a la terraza de noche, ese señor es un malhumorado. Recomiendo al host que hable con este vecino mal educado.

Отличная просторная квартира, чисто, уютно, прекрасное расположение. Рядом удалось найти платную парковку, не пришлось далеко тащить вещи. В апартаментах 2 санузла, что было очень удобно для семьи из 4х человек. Есть стиральная машина, что было очень кстати. На втором уровне выход на большую террасу, было приятно просидеть там вечером. Цена ниже, чем в других объектах размещения — за это отдельное спасибо. Все очень понравилось.

Местоположение хорошее,но проблема с парковкой.Поставили машину на платной ,крытой парковке и даже там её кто то умудрил

Superbe séjour. Je recommande sans réserve.

Superbe appartement charmant, spacieux et très bien agencés. Avec terrasse en plein genes! Emplacement topissime dans une rue piétonne avec bcp de commerces (cafés, resto, decos, prêts à porter)… mais très calme le soir. Possibilité de garer son véhicule moyennant 25€/j (7min à pieds de l’appart) Spacieux Tout l’équipement dont nous avions besoin y était! Mon seul regret est de ne pas avoir pu passer plus de temps dans ce logement car il était loué les jours suivants
