• Host: The host is very helpful and a truly kind person. • Smoking: They allowed smoking inside, which was FANTASTIC. • Internet: There was Wi-Fi and it worked perfectly. • Comfort: The bed was very comfortable. • Cleanliness vs. Age: The apartment is old, so some areas show their age. The host had cleaned the place, but because it’s an old building, some people might perceive it as "dirty"—which is understandable, but it's just the age of the structure. • Amenities: The host provided various towels, soaps, and shampoos. Since I couldn't bring any with me, this was a very nice touch.

• Lost View & Construction: Unfortunately, the house no longer has a view. They are building an apartment block right across from it. To be honest, waking up early to construction noise some mornings wasn't pleasant. I had originally booked this place specifically for the view, so I don't find the price justified; I feel a bit misled. • Shower Pressure: The water flow from the showerhead was quite weak. I couldn't figure out if the showerhead was just old or if there’s low water pressure in the area. However, it’s functional enough to shower, and the boiler was working fine. • Silverfish: Due to the humidity levels and the high volume of paintings, books, and vintage items inside, I spotted a few "silverfish" (tiny insects). Don't worry, they are harmless to humans, but if you are a germaphobe or extremely meticulous about cleanliness, you should be aware of this.

The host was nice and patient. The room was comfortable, the location not exactly bad. The bed is okay. It's well conditioned and has hot water. Overall nice place and good price.

Only downside, especially if you're tall — there is no table big enough to eat comfortably.

Terzo piano senza ascensore La signora è molto carina ma parla solo macedone L’appartamento era carino ma molto sporco: polvere, capelli e ragnatele era abbastanza presenti. Cucina attrezzata in tutto con una pentola e una teglia da forno. Letti super elastici e copri materassi che non coprivano i materassi per intero La signora ci ha bussato alle 9 per chiederci i soldi e per darci il sapone per la lavatrice e noi stavamo ancora dormendo…
