A szállásadó azonnal jelentkezett a telefonhívásra. A lakásban minden van (villanytűzhelytől kezdve, fagyasztós nagy hűtőszekrényen át az edényekig, tányérokig, poharakig, evőeszkökig, vízforraló….), a fürdőszobában több fajta sampon, mosógép, teraszon szárítókötél…. A lakásban tisztaság volt. Az épület nem beton dzungelben van, hanem zöld, parkszerű környezetben. Az épület közvetlen közelében éttermek, élelmiszer bolt, bevásárlóközpont található.
A lakás egy régi, felújításra, frissítésre szoruló épületben található. A tulajdonos igyekszik apránként felújítgatni a lakást, ami legjobban a fürdőszobán látszik. A kapcsolók, konnektorok nagyon retrók, lecserélésük viszonylag kis tétel de sokat dobna a látványon. A fotel a bejáratban inkább útban van mint amennyit használ.

Collecting the keys was fairly easy, which made check-in smooth. The place was well-equipped with plenty of amenities, including soap, shower products, and even washing detergent — a thoughtful touch that made the stay more convenient.
The room felt quite dated and could definitely use some refurbishment. There was no Wi-Fi, and the air conditioning wasn’t strong enough to properly cool the apartment. Overall, it felt like a case of ‘you get what you pay for.’ For the current price, either the conditions need to be improved — especially the odor — or the rate should be lowered.
