The hotel staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. All of our requests and needs were handled promptly and efficiently. Their commitment to guest satisfaction made our stay very enjoyable.
We did not experience any significant issues during our stay. Overall, we were satisfied with the quality of service and the facilities provided by the hotel.

Wij hebben erg genoten van onze twee nachten in het hotel. De kamer is prima en net. De medewerkers waren super behulpzaam en flexibel. Ze geven goede tips en holpen ons zelfs met onze fietsen en het boeken van een bus. We voelden ons direct thuis in Istanbul dankzij hen!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great and being close to everywhere was also very convenient. In terms of cleanliness, it was at an average level.
The aspects I found less positive were as follows: there was no wardrobe in the room, so we had to keep our clothes inside our suitcases. In addition, the absence of an elevator could be a bit inconvenient, especially for guests staying on the upper floors. Other than that, I did not experience any major issues.
