Die Lage ist gut! Die Küche ist recht gut ausgestattet auch wenn die Dinge dreckig und abgenutzt waren.
Bei unserer Ankunft waren wir zutiefst schockiert über den Zustand der Unterkunft. Das Apartment war in einem extrem unhygienischen Zustand: Das Bett war voller sichtbarer Flecken, darunter offenbar Blut auf Matratze und Bettwäsche. Der Kühlschrank war stark verschmutzt und roch unangenehm. Insgesamt wirkte es so, als wäre seit dem letzten Aufenthalt überhaupt nicht gereinigt worden. Das WLAN – für uns beruflich zwingend notwendig – funktionierte nicht. Wir haben den Host mehrfach kontaktiert, doch es kam keinerlei Unterstützung. Stattdessen wurde uns gesagt, wir hätten ein „billiges Apartment“ gebucht und sollten daher auch „billigen Service“ erwarten. Eine solche Aussage ist respektlos, unprofessionell und vollkommen inakzeptabel. Wir fühlten uns unwohl und regelrecht angewidert beim Gedanken, in diesem Bett zu schlafen. Wir mussten das Bett notdürftig mit unseren eigenen Sachen abdecken, weil wir der Sauberkeit nicht vertrauen konnten. Der Host bot weder frische Bettwäsche noch eine Reinigung an. Zusätzlich wurden wir vom Host beleidigt – etwas, das für Gäste absolut unerträglich ist. Wir werden diesen Vorfall bei Booking.com melden und haben fotografische Beweise für den Zustand der Unterkunft. Ich warne zukünftige Gäste ausdrücklich: Diese Unterkunft ist hygienisch und organisatorisch nicht zumutbar.

Vicino alla metro e in una zona con tanti servizi. Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario.
Farei un pò di attenzione in più alla pulizia, anche se è stata sufficientemente buona e consiglieri la sostituzione dei cuscini, quelli che abbiamo trovato erano davvero scomodi per dormire

La proximité des métros et des bus
Le lit est quasiment cassé ( les pieds vont lâcher d’ici peu, le lit bouge dans tout les sens quand nous sommes dessus, la chaleur est insupportable impossible de dormir ( envisagez peut-être d’installer une Clim pour plus de confort )
