Family ski trip, beautiful Katschberg, will come back definitely

Not “ski in-ski out”, garage height too low (with a roof rack on an SUV we are above 2.10m) , there was no microwave in the kitchen

A bot involved, before even leaving home to get there.

- Location: two bus lengths from the slopes - All super clean, and the building is still very new - VERY, very soft bed (if soft beds are your thing) - Dishwasher with tablets - Unattended check in, which could be a good thing, in theory. In practice? Read on...

- SUPER involved: 15 or so days before arrival, I started getting messages that I need to register the passengers with local authorities. I also needed to pay city taxes. If I recall correctly, it was two separate portals where these actions are done. We were unsure if we'll be able to travel so I wanted to leave this for the day before arrival. But they kept nagging me to get this done every day or two. Until I explicitly asked if it's okay to get this done just before leaving our home. We traveled a lot over the years and never had I exchanged so many mesaages with the landlord before arriving. I also did some online checkins elsewhere and the process was much smoother and less involved. Also, the check in form asked fornpassport validity date using very weird English wording- it took me awhile to figure out what to put there. Just...too complicated, overall. I saw some complaints on this process here in reviews, but I reckoned I'll cruise thru this having tons of experience...It was all but a cruise. I think I spent 30ish minutes on this. - We arrived to the location, only to find the key locker for our designated apartment (14) had a key that is not for our apartment. Had to call the landlord, explain the situation, get charged for roaming calls, wait for them to call me back...they were clueless but said they'll send a repair man to open the door for us and give us a key. While we waited for him, some kid exited apartment 14- aparently a family took it before we did. The landlord was clueless. And his parents somewhere in a reataurant, unreachable. I called the landlord again and suggested the key we did find in the locker has a KT8 label on it and perhaps it's from another apartment. The landlord told us to get into apartment 8, it's the same apartment type and that we will use it throughout our stay.

The staff was helpful and there when needed. Beds were very good. Location perfect.

There were no soaps in the bathroom. Snow (ice) not cleaned in front of the entrance to the buiding.

Fijne plek voor een gezin op wintersport.

Goede ligging, dichtbij de piste dus geen gesjouw met ski's en dichtbij de apres-ski. Het 6 persoons appartement is fijn voor een gezin van 4 personen.

Meer handdoeken had prettig geweest, 1 set per persoon (handdoek en badlaken) voor een week is karig.

Große Wohnung mit 3 Bädern. Sehr entspannter Urlaub.

Neben der Piste und zentral im Ort. Der Skiraum und Flur waren schmutzig.

Zeker een aanrader!

Het appartement was zeer proper en modern. Het werken met toegangcodes zonder bemande receptie verliep vlot. De sauna was proper, er kan een 8tal personen zitten,waardoor hij wel snel vol zat. De afstand tot de piste is inderdaad gewoon het straat oversteken en je bent er (verbinding blauw nr 2, van de ene lift naar de andere).

De skiruimte is proper, maar mss toch net iets te klein, want niet alle appartementen leken bezet en onze spullen stonden vaak gewoon tegen de muur ipv in de voorziene uitdruipvakken.

Weinig! Heel compleet. Alleen in de badkamers en slaapkamers mogen er wel iets meer rekjes of haakjes komen, om handdoeken of kleding aan te hangen

Skvělá lyžovačka.

Sauna v ceně ubytování byla skvělá, po dni stráveném na svahu to jistě oceníte. Vše je nové a čisté. Lyžárna k dispozici také potěší.

Jak otevřít garáž z venku? Třídění odpadu jsem také nepochopil. Není kde sušit oblečení, ani v koupelně není klasické topení. Bylo složité ubytování najít. Platba pobytové taxy zvlášť, ocenil bych kdyby byla zahrnuta v ceně, složitě jsem ji musel platit přes odkaz, který nefungoval a poté přímo na učet provozovatele.
