La Malvarrosa

El alojamiento estaba muy limpio. Terraza y piscina muy aprovechable y facilidad de aparcamiento.

Los colchones están algo blandos. Sería recomendable cambiarlos.

The apartment was lovely and every thing you would need was provided. The location was nice and quiet but only 5 minutes walk from a big supermarket and 10 minutes walk to the Marina.

The house had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. The complex is partially residential and mostly empty so it was ‘generally’ peaceful and quiet around the pool area during the day. We tended to cook for ourselves and the house had everything we needed to do this. There is a fairly large supermarket close by which had enough for us to be able to cook most things. The Marina is really lovely, quite picturesque with a number of restaurants and bars, though they don’t really stay open very late, which for us, was okay. The management company were really helpful when we had a few minor issues. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, we stayed for 3 weeks but think one or two would have been better in hindsight, it was too long in such a quiet area.

Due to a young family living next door, it tended to be noisy early in the mornings when they got ready for school, and when they returned in the late afternoon/evening until they went to bed. Consequently, we could hear everything through the walls as though they were actually in the house with us! The family shouted at each other all the time and the youngest boy cried a lot! Also, as you’d expect from young children, they ran up and down the stairs and banged doors! We tend to cook for ourselves at night so this was a problem for us, but if you intend to go out to eat, then it probably would be fine. The Marina is lovely but be warned the walk, although not far, is fairly steep so the walk back is uphill and might be a problem for some. Not many people frequent the pool as it’s absolutely freezing. I hated it, but my husband perservered every day saying he was going for his ‘slush puppy’ swim…. It’s that cold!!

La casa es estupenda y muy cómoda para disfrutar en familia. La piscina está al lado y es una maravilla. Solicitamos poder salir del apartamento un poco más tarde y nos lo permitieron. Muchas gracias
