About this house rental
Casa Juanita is an exclusive two-storey apartment located in Puerto Calero, hailed as being the most luxurious marina in Lanzarote. Located on the top floor it has two bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms, a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen - fully equipped with all mod cons. Every single room of the house enjoys magnificent picture frame window views of the marina and the Atlantic Ocean.
Outside; a huge terrace area with BBQ and a large swimming pool exclusive for our guests to enjoy sun from the morning until late in the evening. A second, more cosy terrace area surrounded by a beautiful garden is perfect to enjoy the very last rays of sun for the day.
The property has free Internet WiFi (WiFi), a Smart TV with select satellite channels and a DVD player.
A five minute walk away you will find lively Puerto Calero, a marina full of excellent restaurants, bars and designer shops that also often hosts some of the most impressive Super yacht's of the world. Whether you enjoy relaxing with a drink and a bite to eat, or shopping for the latest designer clothes - Puerto Calero has it all.

Casa Juanita is a perfect place to stay in Puerto Calero. Fantastic accommodation, with everything you could want in terms of facilities and equipment.
Amazing views and lots of options for outdoor dining.
Rooms are spacious, well designed and furnished.
We booked through BuenaVilla, team were very responsive before during and after our stay. 2nd time staying at this accommodation, will definitely be back and would have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Excellent position with great views from all windows. Very clean and quite modern although a lot of the old high quality Spanish dark wood. Very spacious and airy and very well equipped.
Huge garden and pool area for sole use of the apartment. The downside is no direct access and you have to cart everything up and down stairs to utilise the seating areas. The old garden furniture is very worn and needs replacing.
The apartment is above the owners property and they have windows overlooking the garden area however these windows are heavily curtained and as far as I am aware, no one actually lives there and it is used for storage and office. We were never disturbed or looked on.
Recommended for 2 to 4 adults.

Overall, the villa was even better than I expected. A very comfortable living space, and I would return for sure.

The only reason we have given this a fair is because for us we would have liked direct access to the outside area. It was too separate for us.
