The cabin itself was excellent. It was very clean, beautifully designed, spacious, and well maintained. We especially appreciated the comfortable accommodations and the layout. It was a wonderful place to relax after a day of exploring Shenandoah National Park.
Unfortunately, a water main break during our stay meant we were without water for several hours. The pools, hot tubs, stables, and other resort amenities were also closed, and the fireworks show was canceled. While we completely understand these circumstances were beyond the property’s control, we were disappointed that the resort fee was not adjusted since none of the resort amenities were available during our stay.
