Casa Marea

I proprietari, Valentina e Giuseppe, sono persone splendide.. .ci hanno accolto con entusiasmo e disponibilità, pronti a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. La casa è pulita, comodissima per la vicinanza alla spiaggia. È fresca e c'è tutto quel che serve per passare delle splendide giornate al mare.... .ci hanno anche dato in dotazione ombrellone e sedie.... cosa non da poco! Grazie Valentina e Giuseppe per aver reso questi giorni indimenticabili! Alla prossima!

The apartment is on the basement, so with the advantage of being very fresh. Very clean. Very big living room and kitchen area, and two rooms. Nice terrace with table. Everything is very clean. The hosts are fantastic and provide with everything ones need (lots of food for breakfast / snacks). They were super kind and offered us lifts from the station, as well as always present in case of need. The house is few minutes walking to the beach, both free beach and the several with facilities. Furnish is possibly a bit outdated but everything functioning well (we never used the kitchen though). Overall our stay was very good!

Il posto in cui abbiamo soggiornato è stato molto accogliente e i proprietari si sono dimostrati ospitali e attenti, portandoci acqua, birra e altre cose senza che fosse richiesto. Ci hanno anche fornito ottime indicazioni per la colazione, la cena e altre attività. La posizione è davvero strategica: a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal mare, e quello di Isola delle Femmine è particolarmente bello, molto più di altri punti della zona. Se dovessi tornare, sceglierei sicuramente lo stesso posto. Un’esperienza davvero piacevole che consiglio!

We really appreciated the hospitality of the hosts Valentina and Giuseppe (very kind people), the location of the property (very close to the beach and the facilities)

We didn't appreciate the dampness in the apartment, the lack of attention to detail in terms of value for money, the sagging bedroom bed, and the unusable sofa. The breakfast was not as per Sicilian and/or Italian standard, low quality industrial snacks.
