Location and the view
A/c not in each room. Maybe add a fan as an option in the rooms with no a/c but it wasn’t too hot or uncomfortable.

The location is great, lots of restaurants around. The villa is located in the quite area too
I wish hosts cleaned the property better. Unfortunately there were tiny bugs in one of the bedrooms on the wall. When we checked the bedsheets there was hair on it so we had to actually strip the bed and dust off the bedding outside to make it a little better. These details matter as it was not very comfortable to sleep in there
