Bellissima struttura moderna e pulitissima. L' Host Maria Pia eccezionale, accogliente e molto disponibile. Terrazza servita di lettini, ombrellone, doccetta e una splendida jacuzzi. Zona molto tranquilla ma vicina al lungomare e ai luoghi di interesse. Tutto perfetto grazie

From the outset Pia was easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. She has only a little English and we had no Italian at all and yet with the help of Google we communicated extremely well. Pia's apartment was very spacious with indoor and outdoor areas and it was very well appointed. A genuine home away from home and Pia made you feel like one of her family. She dropped off homemade treats for us and even a delicious Sicilian pasta dish for lunch. The cream on the top though was a private upstairs jacuzzi with sunlounges and umbrella and a view of the surrounding mountains. It is an easy 10 minute walk into town, supermarkets, restaurants or the beach. For us it was a place to chill for a week before coming home after 6 weeks of travelling and it could not have been better. Thank you Pia for your warmth and your kindness.

Tutto stupendo. Pia è una host eccellente, sempre pronta ad accogliere ogni richiesta. Ci ha dato consigli di ogni genere, offrendoci anche un conveniente servizio di transfer aeroportuale. La casa pulitissima, ricca di piante grasse, dotata di ogni comfort e tutto fedelissimo a quanto descritto su booking. Speriamo di tornare presto a Mondello e sicuramente torneremo qui.

We stayed for 12 nights, apartment was clean and spacious. However it was basement apartment with terrace being at neighbours area, not part of this particular apartment. When going to sun holiday these details are very important, very misleading information on booking.com. Owner was very nice and approachable. Beach was about 10 min walk, safe and easy. Roof terrace with jacuzzi had amazing views and very relaxing.
Basement apartment, which wasn't mentioned on description. If I had known that, would never booked it at that price.
