Antony Mondello Guest House, appartamento a 1 minuto a piedi dalla spiaggia di Mondello

If you travel with bigger group, then its perfect place to stay. We had 3 adults, 2 kids. It has 2 bedroom, and the coach in living room can be turned into a proper bed. Kitchen is fully equipped with water, snacks, basic breakfast items. Really awesome if you arrive late and dont have time to get groceries for breakfast. They even offered washing machine tabs. Many places dont. Grocery is literally max 3 min walk. Pharmacy is close by. Beach is max 5 mins. The bus stop is close by to get to the city. The host even brought us local cake and bakery to enjoy, which was just amazing.

The kids bedroom AC was working, but whether it was weaker or maybe had some other issues, then the room stayed warmer and had higher humidity. The shower in bathroom is really small, however, the outdoor shower is perfect alternative and we used it all every day. It has warm water and enough space.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Antony Mondello Guest House. Maria and Massimo are not just excellent hosts — they make you feel truly welcome, almost like part of the family. Their kindness, warmth and hospitality made our holiday very special. The apartment is exceptionally clean, comfortable and fully equipped for everyday living. Everything corresponds perfectly to the photos. There is air conditioning in every room, a washing machine with detergent capsules, a coffee machine with capsules, tea, sweets, sugar, salt, spices, beautiful dishes and everything you may need. Maria even prepared drinks and food for our arrival, came several times with lovely treats, showed us the nearest shops and recommended great cafés and restaurants. She was always available, replied immediately and was always ready to help.

There was absolutely nothing we disliked. Everything was excellent.

Nos alojamos 2 semanas en julio con mi marido y nuestra bebé de 11 meses y fue una experiencia increíble. María es una anfitriona excepcional. Nos recibió con muchísimo amor para que no tuviéramos ninguna incertidumbre. Nos hizo un tour por el barrio, nos explicó todo de la casa y estuvo pendiente de nosotros durante toda la estancia con recomendaciones de playas, tiendas y restaurantes. Siempre se aseguró de que todo estuviera bien y estuvo dispuesta a ayudarnos en lo que necesitáramos. La casa está impecable de limpia y totalmente adaptada para bebés: cuna, trona, silla de ducha, protectores de enchufes y todos los utensilios necesarios. Además nos recibió con bebidas, productos básicos para cocinar, productos de limpieza y hasta comida, para que al llegar no necesites ir corriendo al supermercado. Se nota que lo hace con el corazón. Y no solo eso: nos hizo experimentar la gastronomía italiana de verdad, mimándonos con platos típicos que nos encantaron. Las camas súper cómodas, la cocina tiene de todo y no necesitas nada. Está a pocos minutos caminando de la playa y de las tiendas. Hay un parking de pago a 5 min que cuesta 3€ todo el día. Muchas gracias María!!! Nos hiciste sentir como en familia. No hay nada que no me haya gustado. Todo perfecto.

Casa muy acogedora y bien ubicada cerca de la playa a un paso de Palermo. Los anfitriones muy amables y acogedores. Nos sentimos realmente como en casa. Y a nuestra salida nos llevaron unos dulces muy ricos. Maria y su esposo, lejos los mejores anfitriones… 100% recomendado.
