Perdu dans les montagne, très calme et très belle vue. Le personnel est très serviable. La demi pension était très bonne. Une expérience de prendre la jeep pour rejoindre l’hôtel à travers les chemins de forêt.

Le wifi un peu instable dans les chambres

The location was beaaaaaaaautiful! In order to reach the property, you need to take the property jeep as a lot of off-roading happens. And, the experience was crazyyyy good! The drivers are super skilled to drive in such terrains! The property is very well-maintained. The staff also is super-friendly and welcoming. Everything about the property is amazing! The cleanliness, the courtesy of the people, the views, the food, the entire experience overall was absolutely amazing and I can't recommend this place enough!

Maybe the table tennis board can be maintained better :) Nothing else!

The staff were really lovely. The room and grounds had stunning views of the hills and the hotel is suited to people who want to stay one/two nights to take some photos and admire the scenery. The room was reasonably clean and the bed was very comfy.

Although the view was amazing, the hotel is located up a very bumpy track which takes 15 minutes to drive up in the hotel jeep and you are unable to leave the hotel without the hotel staff driving you down the track. This made it difficult to leave the hotel and do things each day which limited our time in Munnar and made us feel a bit claustrophobic. We stayed four nights but the hotel is designed for people to stay one or two nights max. The food was also the same each night and very basic.
