Appartement moderne et bien situé

Belle vue mer. Appartement très propre, bien décoré et très bien équipé. Emplacement à 5mn de la plage et des commerces. Parking avec suffisamment de place libre. Climatisation dans le séjour et ventilateur au plafond dans chacune des chambres. Literie confortable. Salle de bain moderne , douche assez spacieuse avec beaucoup suffisamment de pression. Store banne dans la loggia Télévision connectée Wifi performant et gratuit.

Aucun accueil de la part de Rental Benidorm (agence qui s’occupe des locations) à notre arrivée et se fut compliqué de les contacter par téléphone. Nous devions avoir un code ou lien pour l’accès à la propriété via notre téléphone que nous n’avons jamais reçu. Nous avons fini par l’avoir en allant le réclamer à l’agence située à proximité de l’appartement. Ascenseur trop petit. Odeur d’égout récurrente dans le logement. Coin piscine peut chaleureux et confortable où les résidents mal éduqués n’appliquent pas les consignes affichées à l’entrée. Musique trop forte, énorme bouée et plongeon incessant pour une piscine aussi petite. La baignade en mer est bien plus agréable.

Отличные апартаменты, всё очень понравилось. Местоположение удобное, до моря 7 минут хотьбы, рядом расположена автобусная остановка, магазины в шаговой доступности.

Был один неприятный момент в виде неработающей стиральной машины. Стирка останавливалась и не переходила в режим полоскания и отжима.
