Unseren Sommerurlaub von 3 Wochen haben wir in dieser hübschen, sehr gut ausgestatteten, modernen Wohnung verbracht. Wir sind 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder und hatten ausreichend Platz. Jedes Zimmer ist klimatisiert und sehr geschmacksvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben jede Woche frische Bettwäsche vorbeigebracht bekommen. Auch ausreichend Bade-und Handtücher stehen zur Verfügung. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Wohnungsgeber. Es wurde alles getan, damit wir uns wohlfühlten. Auf Nachfrage eines Babyhochstuhles wurde ein nagelneues am nächsten Tag vorbeigebracht ! Wir sind begeistert und würden jederzeit unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.
Die Lage ist auch top. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Kaufland, Lidl etc) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wenn man grad runterläuft ist eine Bäckerei, eine Pizzeria, ein Café, ein Metzger sowie ein älterer Mann, der Gemüse und Obst aus eigenem Anbau verkauft.
Auch in 5-10 Minuten ist man am Strand.
In die Altstadt Zadar kann man zu Fuß hin.
Besser konnten wir es nicht haben. Ich hoffe, dass ich mit meinem Beitrag einigen helfen konnte und ein riesen Dank nochmal an die Gastgeber Mario und die Ehefrau :)

Сподобалось абсолютно все: господар - ввічливий, позитивний, вільно розмовляв англійською, тому легко було із ним спілкуватися; помешкання - чисте, нове, гарно облаштоване, є все для приготування їжі, вся обутова техніка; балкон із гарним виглядом на море.
Інтернет звязок є заслабким для роботи онлайн: на онлайн зустрічах приходилось вимикати камеру. Але для побутового використання інтернет досить прийнятний.

We stayed at this apartment for 3 nights, we have nothing but nice things to say. Everything was very clean and tidy. The apartment is new and everything looks as the pictures. We were greeted with Fritule (Croatian dessert) and wine, the owner is very nice and respectful. We enjoyed drinking the complimentary coffee on the balcony with a lovely view. The old city is not far from the apartment and it is easy to go by car as the parking in the old city is very cheap. I would highly recommended this apartment to anyone coming to Zadar!
