FLH Downtown Central Flat

The two decent sized bedrooms both with ensuites were great. The lounge kitchen area was as pictured. The location was great. You couldn’t hear the noise from downstairs with the windows closed. Communication was great with the hosts. The washing machine worked well. It also had an air dryer to hang your washing.

Nothing.

Propre, spacieux, en excellent état et très bien situé.

-Torchon, éponge, liquide vaisselle, huile, vinaigre, sel, poivre: ces équipements n’étaient pas présents dans le logement. - Canalisations bouchées dans le lavabo et douche d’une des salles de bain pendant 48h (heureusement le problème a été réglé ensuite par l’équipe technique). - le code d’accès dans l’immeuble qui m’avait été donné était faux. J’ai dû attendre dans la rue que quelqu’un ne sorte afin de parvenir à accéder à l’appartement.

Po zrušení mé původní rezervace několik dní před odletem jsem musela na poslední chvíli hledat nové ubytování. O to více oceňuji, že tento apartmán splnil má očekávání. Byl čistý, pohodlný a na skvělém místě . Komunikace s hostitelem byla rychlá a bezproblémová. Díky tomuto ubytování jsem si mohla svou dovolenou užít bez dalších starostí. Ráda bych ho doporučila i ostatním cestovatelům a při příští návštěvě Lisabonu bych se sem s radostí vrátila.

Die Lage zum erreichen der Sehenswürdigkeiten war sehr gut. Abends gab es oft Live Musik auf der Straße.

Die Matratzen der Betten hatten eine Spiralfederung, die schon sehr schlecht waren. Die Lüftung des Restaurants war sehr laut und wenn unten gekocht und gebraten wurde, konnte kein Schlafzimmerfenster geöffnet (Geruchsbelästigung) werden. Die Handtücher könnten bei einem Aufenthalt von 10 Tagen ruhig 1 x zwischendurch gewechselt werden. Beim Esstisch könnten die Schrauben mal nachgezogen werden.
