The renovation in the house is handmade, a beautiful piece of art! Great area, safe neighbourhood, grocery shopping and fast food options in front of the house in lovely setting. Can’t ask for more! Super sweet host, very clean, next to public transport ( bus and metro 3 min. by foot), 10 min. to Monastiraki.
At this price absolutely no complaints!

The place is located in an authentic area, where mostly Greeks live: not touristy but with its own extremely interesting history. All the infrastructure is accessible in the immediate vicinity. Within walking distance is Filopappos Hill, which is a real gem of the city. The rest of the sights are easily accessible by metro, which is about 300 m away. The accommodation is furnished in a truly retro style; some elements are quite old, but everything is in perfect condition and works flawlessly. We did not have a situation where we would have missed anything. Mrs. Eleni, the owner, is extremely hospitable and full of practical tips.
It would be unfair to talk about any shortcomings, since the property fully corresponds to the description, which we carefully read before the trip. As for the price-quality ratio, the quality clearly outweighs.

Appartamento spazioso vicino alla stazione della metropolitana e vicino a ristoranti e negozi. La cucina è ampia e dotata di tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno. È ubicato in una zona tranquilla e l' host è stato sempre disponibile.
Il condizionatore nella sala perdeva acqua quindi siamo stati costretti a mettere un secchio sotto. Inoltre sempre nella sala c'erano tre divani ma nessuno di questi era un divano letto matrimoniale così come era invece descritto.
